We're almost finished with everything. We went to TI today (Sunday) and we have a good plan for our video, which we have already filmed as well. Now all that's left is everything coming together. Our presentation is also almost complete, we're just waiting for final edits now!

Day 23

All portions of our clock are finished! Cathy also brought us a new light, a Superbright LED, so David is working on implementing that now to the project. With the clock portion finished, we now only have to prepare our presentation and fix the LED part.

Day 22

Dave came and helped Reuben set up the date function, so now we have everything displaying except for AM/PM. We're working a lot on our presentation now, and building a video plot to explain our product.

Day 21

Today our project started acting up; some of the parts of our code didn't display properly onto the screen, but we're working on it to fix the problem.

Day 20

May 6, 2015

Today Reuben was able to display the time onto the LCD display from the serial port. So now we have a continuously updating clock! It glitches sometimes, but we're beginning to think that it may be because of the hotspot connections that we have to use instead of wi-fi. The next step is to add the date and a AM/PM function.

Day 19

Lillian began working on the marketing portion of the presentation, mostly putting together the powerpoint, while Reuben and David continued compiling code for the light and alarm clock.

Day 18

April 22, 2015

Today, we got the time to display on the serial port in Energia. The next step which we haven't quite figured out yet is to get that time to display onto our LCD screen. We've mostly been working with Trey, Dave, and checking in with Travis for progress, and we're making good progress.
